Customer segments and insight
- Keep clear, usable profiles of women customers and sub-groups by business size, sector, life stage, location and financial need.
- Carry out customer interviews, journey research, competitor reviews and portfolio analysis broken down by gender.
- Turn customer barriers and opportunities into clear product requirements.
Product design and lifecycle
- Design inclusive financial products and bundles covering credit, deposits, payments, insurance, trade, investment and business services.
- Prepare concept papers and business cases, and coordinate approvals, testing, launch readiness and post-launch reviews.
- Create clear paths for customers to grow from entry-level products to larger facilities.
Non-financial services and customer capability
