KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Partnership strategy and new partners
- Map priority sectors, value chains and networks of women entrepreneurs, and keep a risk-rated pipeline of potential partners.
- Build relationships with associations, corporates, aggregators, fintechs, insurers, development partners, government agencies, incubators, employers, professional bodies, chamas, SACCOs and market-access platforms.
- Prepare value propositions and business cases covering customer need, economics, lead potential, risks and expected impact.
Due diligence and governance
- Coordinate commercial, legal, compliance, procurement, data-privacy and operational due diligence on partners.
- Set referral rules, customer consent, service levels, data-sharing controls and exit terms.
- Keep signed agreements, partner records and governance calendars up to date.
Partner activation and referrals

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in partnerships, business development, relationship management or financial services.
