ABOUT THE ROLE
The Kenya Veterinary Board is recruiting a Planning Officer II. This is the entry and training grade for the cadre. You will work under the guidance of a senior officer, supporting the Board's data, research and planning work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
At this level, you will help with:
- Collecting statistical data.
- Analysing data and producing reports as requested.
- Carrying out economic analysis and formulating strategies.
- Contributing to feasibility studies and service delivery surveys.
- Contributing to the preparation of development plans.
- Updating the statistical database.
- Retrieving statistical information regularly as needed.
- Carrying out research and surveys.

REQUIREMENTS
For appointment to this grade, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Economics and Mathematics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Statistics, or another relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
