About the role
Airtel Africa is hiring a Lead - Voice in Kenya to drive prepaid revenue growth through customer lifecycle management and retention programs. You will report directly to the Marketing Director and focus on maximizing customer value across voice and non-voice products.
What you'll do
- Drive prepaid revenue growth through targeted voice and non-voice initiatives.
- Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty programs to reduce churn.

- Develop forecasts and performance reports to support business planning.

What you need
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5-8 years' experience in telecommunications, preferably in commercial or CLM functions.
- Strong analytical and business acumen to translate data into insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director the role holder will be responsible for driving prepaid revenue growth through the development and execution of customer lifecycle management initiatives, retention programs, and usage stimulation campaigns. • Develop forecasts and performance reports to support decision-making and business planning.
• Serve as the focal point for reporting and analysis relating to Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Usage & Revenue
• Work closely with Customer Experience, Commercial, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of commercial initiatives.

Qualifications
