About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Research & Innovation, the role will primarily provide strategic support and analytical insights to drive informed decision-making for the business. The role holder will be responsible for research, investment analysis and provision of relevant information and recommendations on equity and fixed income investments.
Key Responsibilities
• Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations. Utilize tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Market Research : Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
• Financial Analysis : Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Monitor key financial metrics and prepare reports for review.
• Report Generation : Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
• Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes. Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Project Support : Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Presentation Skills : Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations to convey complex information to stakeholders.
