About the role

AccorHotel is hiring an HR Intern in Nairobi, Kenya. You will support the Human Resources team with daily operations and people-focused initiatives.

What you'll do

  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions and duties.
  • Provide administrative support to the T&C team.
  • Support Talent Acquisition to source, screen and arrange interviews for candidates.
  • Keep candidate application records updated.
  • Support HR projects such as meetings, training and audits when required.
  • Support employee requests regarding policy issues, rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Train and learn HR practices.
  • Assist in general duties around the office.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.

What you need

  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • You must be actively looking to gain experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for talent management and human resources.
