ABOUT THE ROLE
The Kenya Veterinary Board is recruiting a Corporate Communication Officer II. This is the entry and training grade for the cadre. You will work under the guidance of a senior officer, supporting the Board's public image, online presence and customer care.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record customer complaints, compliments and the responses given.
- Promote a positive corporate image of KVB.
- Post content on the website and social media platforms, under supervision.
- Collect and collate comments from across the Board's social media platforms.
- Support the graphic design of promotional materials, Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials, reports and other documents as needed.
- Process information from the customer care desk, under supervision.

REQUIREMENTS
For appointment to this grade, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English Literature, Public Administration, Public Relations, or another relevant qualification from a recognised institution.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
