About the Role
As a Product Owner, you will maximize value delivery for a Scrum Team by translating product strategy into clear, actionable priorities. Working closely with the Agile Product Manager, you will balance customer needs, business outcomes, and delivery commitments to ensure reliable, high-quality product delivery.
You will support International Organisations Health (IOH) backend products across Mainframe and Financial Services domains, including payments, billing, eligibility, finance operations, and related integrations.
What You’ll Do
• Partner with the Agile Product Manager to support product vision, roadmap priorities, and business outcomes.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring backlog priorities align with customer and business value.
• Translate features and priorities into clear user stories and maintain a high-quality backlog in Jira.
• Lead backlog refinement and support Program Increment (PI) planning activities.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, QA, UAT teams, and business stakeholders to enable predictable delivery.
• Monitor delivery, quality, utilization, and customer experience metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to drive product improvements and value realization.
